Mexican Mocha Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

Single Cup Recipe:

Larger Batch of Mexican Mocha Mix:

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar**

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cacao (Or Ccoa) Powder

  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 tsp. Nutmeg

*Use 3 TBSP per cup of coffee

Instructions:

In your coffee mug, mix together your dry ingredients.

Pour your espresso shots of hot strong coffee over the mix and stir until mixed. You can use a frother for easier mixing. Add your Half & Half or Cream to taste - I like to warm it up and froth it first before adding in.

Top with whipped cream if youd like or marshmallows and enjoy!

**In the large batche recipe, you may also leave out the Powdered Sugar, this is the sweenter. You may susbtite it at the time of making your cup with your prefered sweetner, sweetened to your liking. Just make sure you adjust the amount of Mexican Mocha Mix used to just 1 Tbsp. per cup.
